Online Zoom classes and video Replays
Different Tai Chi & Qigong classes
Learning online with Zoom is a perfect option for those who are unable to attend a class in an on-site classroom for a variety of reasons: for living too far away from a good Tai Chi or Qigong teacher, for transportation problems, health issues or just for preferring online classes.
All Tai Chi and Qigong classes are given in French and some of them are translated in English or Spanish depending on the students. See rates
Weekly ZOOM TAI CHI classes
Tai Chi or Taijiquan is excellent for health, memory, mind etc. but it is also a martial art. Each movement has a martial application and is therefore also self defense. But here we work mainly on the forms, starting with the short ones to be more prepared to do the long ones more correctly, smoothly and harmoniously.
Taijiquan is a rather difficult art although it looks simple. It takes a lot of patience, willpower and perseverance to progress to the longer forms and to practice the forms with weapons. The good thing is that once you get hooked on this art, you can’t do without it because you feel so good after practicing. It’s a real passion.

Yang style Tai Chi (only in French)
Since September we learned the Yang style 16 form of 16 moves. From the 11th JANUARY, we will learn the 24 form which is probably the Taijiquan form most practiced in the world.

Sun style Tai Chi
This style of Tai Chi is perfect for people who have knee problems or who are looking for a less demanding type of Tai Chi than Yang.
It is also very suitable for people with chronic pain, as the positions are higher and the movements less wide than in the Yang style.
